Marius Nacht

Marius Nacht is a co-founder of Check Point Software Technologies, which he established in 1993 alongside Gil Shwed and Shlomo Kramer. Check Point went on to become a global pioneer in the cybersecurity industry, and Nacht held multiple executive roles including vice chairman from 2001 and non-executive chairman from September 2015. The company is known for pioneering the first stateful inspection firewall, a foundational technology in network security, and he stepped down from his chairmanship to focus on healthcare initiatives.

Nacht earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University. He grew up in Ashkelon and was drafted to the elite Talpiot cadet program in the IDF at age 18, where he served for nine years and developed prototypes of the Iron Dome missile defense system. Talpiot graduates, including Nacht, have founded world-renowned companies and made profound contributions to the Israeli economy.

In 2016, Marius co-founded aMoon with Dr. Yair Schindel, driven by his vision to accelerate the convergence of healthcare and technology. He is currently Founder & Anchor Investor at aMoon Fund and Co-Founder at DayTwo, and holds advisor and board positions at AposHealth and Aquarius Engines.
