The Salon des Maires et des Collectivites Locales takes place in Pavilion 7 of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from 24 to 26 November 2026, held alongside the annual congress of the Association des Maires de France.
It is France's public sector procurement exhibition. Suppliers of municipal infrastructure, water and waste services, energy, public lighting, mobility, information technology, construction and administrative software exhibit to the mayors and senior officers of French communes, departments and regions.
The venue is the largest exhibition centre in Paris and the event occupies one of its principal halls across three days.
Why it matters
French local authorities are collectively among the largest buyers in the country, responsible for the majority of public investment spending, and the show is the single clearest annual read on where that money is going. Energy renovation of public buildings, water network renewal and the electrification of municipal fleets have dominated recent editions.
For executives in utilities, construction, waste and public sector technology the relevance is direct. Municipal procurement cycles are long and the decision makers attending are the ones who sign. The co-location with the mayors' congress means the political and the commercial conversations happen in the same building, which is why suppliers treat the week as unmissable.
The exhibition is organised by Infopro Digital and Groupe Moniteur in partnership with the mayors' association.
