Benjamin Cullum

Benjamin Cullum joined Chestertons MENA as Head of Valuations and Advisory in October 2024 as part of the firm's ambitious growth strategy in the Middle East. Cullum brings over two decades of experience to his role, including 14 years in the region, with expertise spanning valuations, strategic consultancy, development consultancy, and asset management across retail, office spaces, industrial, and hospitality sectors.

Cullum holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Management and Valuation from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He completed the Oxford Executive Finance Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having gained chartered status in 2005.

• Chestertons International: Head of Valuations and Advisory MENA (2024–2025), where he rebuilt and led a multijurisdictional team delivering more than $21 billion in annual real estate valuations
