Bakr bin Atef Sindi

Engineer Bakr bin Atef Sindi was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Al Jouf Cement Company, effective February 4, 2026, following the resignation of his predecessor. Prior to his CEO appointment, Sindi served as Managing Director of the company beginning January 4, 2026. Al Jouf Cement is a publicly traded Saudi Arabia-based company engaged in the production and sale of multiple cement types, including ordinary Portland cement, sulfate-resistant cement, and pozzolanic cement.
