Ausra Marcelyte

Ausra Marcelyte is a Divisional Director specializing in research and data analytics within Lisney's Research & Consultancy Department. She joined Lisney in November 2021 and works across the commercial property market, analysing trends, maintaining Lisney market databases, managing the Lisney Commercial Rent Indices and producing research across all property sectors.

She also prepares bespoke research reports and delivers detailed data and location analysis for clients, while supporting Lisney's internal teams on a wide range of client assignments.
