Hakim Karoui

Hakim Karoui was appointed Global Head of the Wholesale Banking Group (WBG) at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) in April 2026, reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he oversees the development of the bank's corporate and institutional banking offering with a focus on delivering integrated solutions that support clients across key sectors.

Karoui brings over 27 years of experience in financial services and banking with expertise spanning corporate and investment banking, risk management, capital markets, and transaction banking, with a strong track record across the MENA region and international markets. He is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
