Orlaith Ryan

Orlaith Ryan was appointed Chief Customer Officer at AIB Group plc in July 2024, taking up the role in October 2024 as part of the bank's refreshed executive leadership focused on serving its 3.3 million customers. The newly created role was designed to drive improved customer experience by understanding customer behaviour and attitudes to meet evolving needs.

Ryan brings a range of experience in retail finance, insurance, media and telecoms sectors. She held various customer and marketing roles in Vodafone and Aviva, and most recently was managing director of FTI Consulting, where she led the company's consumer practice. At Sky Ireland, she was a driving force behind strategic partnerships and sponsorship activations, including landmark support for the Republic of Ireland Women's National Football Team.
