Tom Geraghty

Tom Geraghty has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Marsh Europe, effective November 1, 2026. A native of Galway, Ireland, Geraghty will be based in Dublin and report to Flavio Piccolomini, CEO of Marsh International. In his new role, he will set the strategic direction for Marsh's Europe region and strengthen collaboration across its businesses to deliver seamless, integrated solutions that help clients manage key business challenges.

Geraghty has spent more than 27 years at Marsh and 33 years in professional services, with experience across consulting, investments and commercial growth. He will continue to serve as President of Marsh's People and Investments business, Europe, a position he has held since 2019. Geraghty previously served as president of Mercer for Europe, a sister business within Marsh McLennan, giving him prior experience operating within the same regional leadership structure he now leads on the broking side.
