The Handelsblatt KI-Summit 2026 will be held at the House of Communication in Munich on 16 and 17 November. The artificial intelligence summit of the Handelsblatt Media Group runs under the motto "Agents and Agency, The New Operating Model" and is aimed at executives responsible for scaling artificial intelligence across their organisations.

The 2026 edition expands to two stages, named Today and Tomorrow, with a startup area and an exhibition alongside the conference programme. Confirmed speakers include the cognitive scientist Gary Marcus, Judith Dada of Langdock and Sarah Engel of Trumpf, and the organiser expects more than 600 decision makers to attend.

The event matters to executives because the shift from generative tools to autonomous agents is changing operating models, headcount planning and technology budgets at the same time, and the summit is the German language forum where chief executives, chief digital officers and chief information officers compare how they are governing that change. Board members from industrial, financial and consumer companies attend alongside the founders of European artificial intelligence companies.

The House of Communication is the Munich campus of the Serviceplan Group.
