Chillventa 2026 will be held at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg from 13 to 15 October, preceded by the Chillventa Congress on Monday 12 October. The biennial exhibition for refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pumps is organised by NuernbergMesse and has run since 2008.
The 2024 edition drew 1,010 exhibitors from 49 countries and 33,076 trade visitors, with 74 percent of exhibitors coming from outside Germany, according to the organiser. The show covers components, systems and services for commercial and industrial refrigeration, building air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump technology, together with the training and standards bodies of the sector.
The event matters to executives because heat pumps, cold chain logistics and building energy efficiency have moved to the centre of energy and climate policy in Europe, and Chillventa is where the manufacturers, wholesalers, installers and end users of that equipment set their product and pricing strategy. Chief executives of the leading compressor, component and system makers attend, as do the heads of facilities and engineering at retailers, data centre operators and food companies.
NuernbergMesse operates the exhibition centre in the south of Nuremberg.
