The Real Estate Future Forum 2027 will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel at Kingdom Centre in Riyadh from 25 to 27 January. The forum's registration page confirms the dates, resolving earlier conflicting listings for the January slot.
The Real Estate Future Forum is one of the largest real estate conferences in the kingdom and brings together ministers and regulators, developers, investors, lenders, giga project companies and international real estate groups. The programme covers housing supply and mortgage finance, the regulatory framework for foreign investment in property, real estate funds and listings, the giga projects and the professionalisation of brokerage and valuation.
The event matters to executives because Saudi real estate is being opened to foreign ownership and institutional capital while the state directs an unprecedented development programme, and because the forum is where government bodies typically set out regulatory changes for the year. Chief executives of developers, investors, banks and international property groups use it to meet the ministry and the giga project companies.
Registration for delegates is open on the official forum site. The forum has been held annually in Riyadh in January.
