Gulfood 2027 will be held from 15 to 19 March across two venues, Dubai World Trade Centre and the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai. The show is organised by Dubai World Trade Centre and its official site confirms the dual venue format, which expands the exhibition beyond the single site it occupied for most of its history.

Gulfood is one of the largest annual food and beverage sourcing exhibitions in the world and draws producers, exporters, importers, retailers, foodservice operators and government trade bodies from well over a hundred countries. The programme includes national pavilions, product category halls, an innovation and start up showcase and a conference stream on trade, food security and industry investment.

The event matters to executives because food is one of the largest categories of trade through Dubai, because the Gulf states are investing in food manufacturing and logistics for food security, and because retail and foodservice groups make a large share of their annual sourcing decisions at the show. Chief executives of food producers, distributors and retailers from Asia, Europe and Africa use Gulfood as their entry point to the region.

Exhibitor and visitor registration and the venue plan are published on the official Gulfood site. Gulfood Manufacturing, the processing and packaging show, runs separately in November.
