India Mobile Congress 2026 takes place at Yashobhoomi, the India International Convention and Expo Centre in Dwarka, New Delhi, from 7 to 10 October 2026. The tenth edition of Asia's largest telecommunications and digital technology forum is organised by the Department of Telecommunications and the Cellular Operators Association of India and runs under the theme Scale Without Boundaries.

The congress is the annual meeting point for India's telecoms industry and the government that regulates it. The chief executives and chairs of Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea share the stage with ministers and senior officials, and the event has been used in past years to launch national programmes on 5G, 6G research, satellite communications and domestic manufacturing of telecoms equipment.

Beyond the operators, the exhibition draws network equipment vendors, semiconductor and device makers, cloud and software companies, start ups and the global operators and standards bodies that see India as the world's largest single growth market for connectivity. The programme covers artificial intelligence, private networks, cybersecurity, fintech and the digital public infrastructure on which India's payments and identity systems run.

For executives, the congress is the clearest annual signal of Indian telecoms policy and of the investment intentions of the three national operators. Boards of equipment vendors, tower companies, data centre operators and technology services groups treat it as a fixed point in the calendar, and senior appointments in the Indian telecoms sector are frequently visible in who represents each company on stage. The dates are confirmed on the official congress site.
