LiveX 2026, the Liveability and Investment Exhibition, takes place at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi from 29 September to 1 October 2026. The event is hosted by Abu Dhabi's Department of Municipalities and Transport, with Aldar, Modon and Mubadala among its partners, and is positioned as a platform for urban development, real estate and inward investment into the emirate.

The exhibition brings together government entities, master developers, investors and the professional services firms that support them. Its programme covers the planning and delivery of liveable cities, the investment case for Abu Dhabi's residential and commercial districts, and the regulatory framework that governs property ownership and development in the emirate.

Readers should note that the name refers to liveability, not livestock. The event sits squarely in the real estate, infrastructure and investment promotion space, and its convening authority is the government department responsible for municipal planning and transport across Abu Dhabi.

For executives, LiveX offers direct access to the public sector bodies and state linked developers that shape Abu Dhabi's built environment. Chief executives and investment heads at developers, contractors, asset managers and infrastructure funds will find the event a useful point of contact with the Department of Municipalities and Transport and with the sovereign linked companies that anchor most large projects in the emirate. It is also a barometer of how Abu Dhabi intends to market itself to international capital over the coming year.
