Eric Ball was appointed to the board of directors of IonQ, Inc in an announcement dated 25 August 2026, alongside Timothy Baxter.
IonQ chairman and chief executive Niccolo de Masi said of the two appointments that they bring complementary insights and firsthand expertise to the board and leadership team.
