Paul De Cock is chief executive officer of Mohawk Industries, appointed with effect from 30 September 2026. He began his career at Unilin and joined Mohawk through the group's acquisition of the Belgian company in 2005, later holding senior roles across laminate, wood, LVT and carpet. He led Unilin alongside his group responsibilities before An Nuyttens was appointed to the role.
