Cityscape Bahrain 2026, the sixth edition of the Kingdom's real estate exhibition, takes place from 24 to 28 November 2026 at Exhibition World Bahrain in Sakhir. It is organised by Informa Markets as part of the Cityscape series and is free to attend, positioning it as both a trade event and a public sales platform for the Bahraini property market.

The exhibition brings together Bahrain's master developers and residential and commercial developers, banks and mortgage providers, real estate brokers and property managers, government housing and urban planning bodies, and the architects, contractors and technology firms that serve the market. Regional developers from Saudi Arabia and the UAE also exhibit, reflecting the cross-border flow of buyers and capital between Bahrain and its neighbours.

Cityscape Bahrain is relevant to executives because the Bahraini market combines a domestic housing programme with a growing appeal to Saudi and international buyers, supported by the causeway link to the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, residency-by-investment provisions and a lower entry price than the larger Gulf cities. Waterfront and mixed-use developments in Manama, Bahrain Bay, Diyar Al Muharraq and the Sakhir area, along with the growth of the Kingdom's tourism and financial services sectors, drive much of the activity presented at the show.

A conference and talks programme brings together developers, government officials, financiers and consultants to discuss demand and pricing, real estate finance and mortgage lending, urban planning and infrastructure, and the sustainability and design standards being adopted in new projects. The five-day format, spanning the working week and the weekend, is designed to bring both professional visitors and end buyers through the halls.

For executives at developers, banks and real estate funds active in the Gulf, and for hospitality, retail and infrastructure operators whose businesses depend on Bahrain's development pipeline, Cityscape Bahrain is the principal annual gathering of the Kingdom's property sector. It follows the Bahrain International Airshow and the UFI Global Congress in a busy November for the Sakhir venue.

Registration and exhibitor details are available on the official event site.
