Darine Elkaissi is Managing Director for Saudi Arabia at Initiative, the media agency operating in the MENAT region under Middle East Communications Network and part of Omnicom. She was appointed in September 2026 and is based in Riyadh.
She has more than 20 years of experience across creative and media agencies, client side marketing and the media owner community, including senior leadership roles at WPP Media and VML. She has worked with clients across government, telecommunications, fast moving consumer goods and financial services, and was named among the Global 200 Women Power Leaders in 2025.
