Khaleefa Al Mheiri

Khaleefa AlMheiri is Acting Chief Operating Officer for Masdar, having served as Director of Portfolio Management since August 2023. From October 19, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Masdar Americas. With nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning energy, industry, government, and portfolio management, Khaleefa leads one of Masdar's most important growth platforms as the company continues to expand its presence and ambition in the United States.

AlMheiri obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2004 and 2007. He brings expertise in strategic oversight and business growth within the energy sector, with a background focused on petrochemical operations and industrial development.
