Darragh Lennon

Darragh Lennon was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Fine Grain Property in June 2026, leading the Dublin-based institutional real estate investor and operator as it targets doubling assets under management to €600 million over the next three years. In his new role, Lennon brings institutional knowledge, operational rigour, and a proven track record of building the business.

Lennon was one of the founding shareholders of Fine Grain Property in 2007 before building a career leading senior roles across the Irish financial services and property sectors. He holds a BA in Economics from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. At KBC Bank Ireland, he held positions as Director of Products and Director of Retail Recovery after joining in 2010, and previously worked as Corporate Finance Director at Eisner Amper Ireland.

Returning to Fine Grain Property in 2024, he took direct operational leadership overseeing asset strategy, investor reporting, asset acquisitions and sales, financing, and the day-to-day management of a growing portfolio of sustainable workplace communities. Fine Grain Property, which began in Singapore before investing in Ireland in 2015, manages approximately 1.19 million square feet of commercial real estate across 17 properties.
