Maria Marta Perez Lippi

Maria Marta Perez Lippi was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Pinergy in June 2026, taking the helm of Ireland's energy transition company at a pivotal growth phase. Originally from Argentina, she has spent most of her career in Ireland and brings over 20 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, operations and customer strategy. In her current role, she aims to shape the future of energy partnerships by combining customer excellence, smart innovation and operational excellence.

Before Pinergy, she worked with brands such as Sun Microsystems and Schindler Lifts, then joined Google Ireland as an early employee in 2006. Over nearly 18 years at Google, she held a variety of senior roles including Support Launch Manager for Consumers Operations, Head of Global Quality & Service Design Consumer Products, and Director of Large Customer Sales for Southern Europe. At Google Ireland, she led a nascent sales and operations business globally through rapid growth while sustaining strong team culture. She served as an executive sponsor for initiatives including fostering belonging within the Latin-X community at Google Ireland and contributed strategically to the growth and direction of Google's products and services.

Perez Lippi holds an MBA from Liverpool John Moores University and two bachelor's degrees in marketing and graphic design from Universidad de Palermo, Buenos Aires. She is a qualified professional coach through the Co-Active Training Institute. Between her Google tenure and Pinergy, she led her own consultancy business, MMPL Consulting, offering fractional COO services and coaching.
