Evonne Tan

Evonne Tan was appointed CEO of Schroder & Co. (Asia) Wealth Management in April 2026, effective July 1, 2026, based in Singapore. She brings more than three decades of experience across wealth management, private banking, and global markets in Asia, with a strong track record of delivering sustainable growth and building client-centric businesses serving ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices. She is a strong advocate for sustainable and impact-led investing, diversity and inclusion, and multi-generational wealth planning.

At Barclays, Tan was most recently managing director and head of private bank, Singapore, where she led the successful re-entry and expansion of its private bank business in the region, and under her leadership, the business grew from inception to become one of the fastest-growing private banking franchises within the group. She joined Barclays in March 2021 and assumed leadership of its private banking division later that year.
