Waleed Al-Harthi

Waleed Al-Harthi was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Jabal Omar Development Company, effective September 6, 2026. Al-Harthi brings more than 20 years of executive and professional experience in hospitality, asset and facility management and operations.

He most recently served as CEO of The Clock Towers (King Abdulaziz Endowment for the Two Holy Mosques), where he led strategic and operational initiatives in Makkah's hospitality sector, focusing on developing and enhancing services and experiences for pilgrims, as well as improving asset efficiency and related partnerships. Under his leadership, The Clock Towers Complex completed a SAR 6 billion syndicated financing deal with Al Rajhi Bank and Alinma Bank.
