Tamkeen Human Resources Company has reappointed Abdullah Ahmed Al Shehri as Chairman and Ziad Al Tunisi as Vice Chairman following shareholder approval at its extraordinary general assembly meeting. The appointments mark continuity in leadership for the Saudi labor recruitment and manpower services provider, which listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange in November 2024 under ticker symbol 1835.
The reappointment reflects shareholder confidence in the existing board following the election of a new nine-member board of directors for a four-year term commencing June 18, 2026. The newly elected board includes Al Shehri, Al Ngeer, Fares Al Henaki, Hesham Al Habib, Faisal Al Nassar, Ahmad Al Rajeh, Saleh Al Fadel, Ziad Al Tunisi, and Abdulrahman Al Gubaisi. Shareholders also authorized the board to distribute interim dividends quarterly or semiannually for 2026.
Al Shehri brings extensive experience in financial management, business development, and investment to the chairman role. He holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Miami and currently serves as Vice Chairman of First Mills Company and board member of Saudi Industrial entities. Al Tunisi carries significant corporate credentials as Group Chief Executive Officer of Al Faisaliah Group Holding Company since 2017, Chairman of Al Safi Danone Company since 2009, and Chairman of Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company. His professional portfolio spans investment, finance, financial analysis, auditing, and investor relations management across more than 18 years of accumulated experience.
Tamkeen Human Resources, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Riyadh, provides labor recruitment and manpower services to Saudi Arabia's public and private sectors. The company supplies skilled professionals across multiple industries and operates two main business segments: Corporate Sector and Individuals Sector. Since its public listing, the company has achieved a market capitalization of approximately $312 million with trailing twelve-month revenue of $276 million as of March 2026. The company competes in a sector driven by Saudi Arabia's economic diversification and workforce localization initiatives aligned with Vision 2030.
The reappointment suggests stability in board leadership as Tamkeen navigates post-listing operational priorities. With Al Shehri's financial management background and Al Tunisi's extensive corporate experience across healthcare, food production, and industrial sectors, the board appears positioned to drive strategic expansion. However, analyst observation of the board composition reveals only three independent directors among nine total members, which may warrant monitoring regarding governance dynamics as the company grows its market presence and capital deployment activities in the competitive Saudi staffing services market.
