Riyadh Development Co. (ARDCO)

Riyadh Development Company (ARDCO) was established in 1994 by a vision from King Salman bin Abdulaziz, during his time in office as the Governor of Riyadh, with its first mandate being the development of the Qasr Al-Hukm area in central Riyadh. ARDCO is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a public company, listed on Saudi Stock Exchange "Tadawul" (TDWL) since April 1994 under stock number 4150.

It operates within the Real Estate sector focusing on Real Estate Operating Companies. The principal activities of the company are the purchase and sale of lands and real estate, its division, off-plan sales activities, management and leasing of owned or leased out residential and non-residential properties, in addition to real estate development of residential and commercial buildings using modern construction methods, as well as the wholesale and retail sale of new and used private cars, including ambulances, minibuses and four-wheel drive vehicles. The company successfully established and managed several service projects that employ qualified national staff consisting of more than two hundred employees.

ARDCO launched an 'Invest for Growth' strategy, a phased transformation program launched in 2023 to enhance the Company's operational efficiency and restructure its assets with the goal of becoming a leading institutional real estate developer. In 2025, ARDCO generated operating revenues of SAR 384 million and total revenues of SAR 517 million. In June 2026, S&P Global Ratings assigned ARDCO an 'A-' national scale credit rating with a stable outlook—ARDCO's first-ever rating.
