Glenn Murphy

Glenn has worked with world-class technology companies to attract Engineering, Product and Design leaders since 2013. He was promoted to Managing Partner in February 2023, and currently leads Riviera Partners' Europe operations. He leads a dedicated team of 11 in the United Kingdom and Geneva, focused on key tech hubs including the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

Murphy founded Bamboo Talent, a boutique executive search firm focused on technology in New York City, which was acquired by Riviera Partners in 2019. Bamboo recruiting experts successfully placed top tech talent at companies including Datadog, MongoDB, Goldman Sachs, Etsy, and The New York Times. Under Murphy's leadership, Riviera's London office—established in 2021—has seen tremendous growth, strengthening the company's partnerships with venture capital, private equity, and start-ups across Europe.
