Carol Naughton, RDR, was elected President-Elect of the National Court Reporters Association at the 2026 Conference & Expo held July 16-18 in Bellevue, Washington. Based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Naughton is an official court reporter for the U.S. District Court in Norfolk, Virginia.
