Scott Thompson

Dr. Scott Thompson, MD, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, recently joined Meliora Healthcare's care team in Naples, Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University and his Medical degree from Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Thompson completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Columbia University Medical Center/NY-Presbyterian and went on to complete a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at Boston University, where he developed expertise in the surgical and nonsurgical management of athletic injuries. During his fellowship, he served as a team physician for NCAA Division I collegiate athletes at Boston University.
