Cynthia L. Egan

Cynthia L. Egan became Chair of the Board of The Hanover Insurance Group in December 2020, making her the first woman to lead the board in the company's 168-year history. Now 69 years old, she has served on the board since 2015 and serves as a member of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee.
