Jean-Francois Vezina has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Wilson, a Tampa-based global talent solutions company, effective July 14, 2026. Most recently, he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of GP Strategies, a learning and talent transformation company, a position he held since June 2025. Before that, he spent approximately six years at the Randstad group, including as Chief Strategy Officer for Randstad Enterprise and Randstad North America, where he oversaw a multi-billion-dollar portfolio and directed global strategy for outsourcing and managed services businesses. He previously held the position of Global Managing Director of Randstad RiseSmart, where he steered significant expansion, and Managing Director of Randstad's Canada operations, scaling that unit to become the country's top player in outsourcing within five years. His background underscores fluency with both organic growth and strategic consolidation in staffing and workforce solutions.

Wilson, founded in 2002, has grown into one of the industry's most recognized brands despite remaining privately held. The company operates across more than 65 countries and six continents, serving global enterprises with comprehensive talent solutions spanning RPO, executive search, contingent workforce management, talent advisory, technology advisory, and artificial intelligence-powered talent intelligence. Wilson is backed by private equity investment from 3i Group, an international investment firm, alongside other institutional capital sources. Under John Wilson's leadership, the company secured recognition including ranking as the number one global RPO provider in HRO Today's 2023 Baker's Dozen list.
