Jean-Francois Vezina

Jean-Francois Vezina is Chief Executive Officer of Wilson, the Tampa-based global talent solutions company, effective 14 July 2026. He is the first externally appointed leader in the company's 24-year history, succeeding founder John Wilson, who stepped into a Board role.

Vezina brings more than two decades of international experience in talent strategy, workforce transformation and business scaling. Most recently he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of GP Strategies, a learning and talent transformation company, a position he held since June 2025. Before that he spent approximately six years at the Randstad group, including as Chief Strategy Officer for Randstad Enterprise and Randstad North America, where he oversaw a multi-billion-dollar portfolio and directed global strategy for outsourcing and managed services businesses. He previously held the position of Global Managing Director of Randstad RiseSmart, where he steered significant expansion, and Managing Director of Randstad's Canada operations, scaling that unit to become the country's top player in outsourcing within five years.
