Chris Beck

Chris Beck serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Caldwell Partners International Inc., a leading global executive search firm. He was appointed to the CEO role effective September 1, 2024, succeeding John Wallace who assumed the role of executive chair. With over 25 years of experience, Beck has a proven track record leading and managing various functions including accounting, finance, human resources, strategic planning, business process improvement, information technology, and treasury.

Beck holds a BA/BS in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is an alumnus of Harvard, having completed their Advanced Management Program. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). He began his career in the audit practice at Deloitte.
