Nayef bin Saleh Al-Hamdan

Naif Saleh Al-Hamdan brings more than 17 years of investment and real estate development experience to his leadership roles across Saudi Arabia's real estate sector. Currently, he serves as Head of Portfolio Management for the Public Investment Fund's West Coast Department, overseeing critical real estate assets aligned with Vision 2030.

Al-Hamdan is Board Chairman of Bidaya Home Finance Company and the Saudi Korean Company for Maintenance and Properties' Management (MUMTALAKAT). He also serves as a board member of Boutique Group, Rua Almadinah Holding Company, Saudi Real Estate Company, Saudi Downtown Company, Al Balad Development Company, and Wessal Capital.
