William Lynch

William Lynch is Chairman and co-founder of Atlantis Fire Protection, a Dallas-based fire and life safety company providing comprehensive fire protection services including design, installation, inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and life safety systems. Lynch co-founded Atlantis with his brother Patrick Lynch in 2022, inspired by his father's vision for them to work together building a family business. The company now operates six companies across Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Prior to founding Atlantis, Lynch brought experience from roles at Lynch Holdings and Peloton Interactive. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin between 1988 and 1992. Five years before launching Atlantis, Lynch established a Dallas-based family office and began making investments across multiple sectors, which provided capital and strategic support for the fire protection platform.

Atlantis Fire Protection's founding was backed financially and managed by Lynch Holdings of Dallas and Capital Alignment Partners of Nashville, Tennessee. Lynch's vision has been largely based on partnering with the best operators in the fire protection industry in the Southern United States, with the company seeking to be the most founder-friendly platform in fire protection, partnering with exceptional owner-operators. Lynch serves as a Board Member of the University of Texas Development Board at the University of Texas at Austin.
