Wafik Ben Mansour

Wafik Ben Mansour was appointed as Acting CEO of Shuaa Capital in November 2023, following the departure of previous CEO Fawad Tariq Khan. Ben Mansour joined SHUAA in May 2023 as Head of Investment Banking after serving as Managing Director at Credit Suisse for 15 years, where he led the investment banking and capital markets division across the Middle East and North Africa region.

Throughout his career, Ben Mansour successfully led several high-profile transactions including Omantel's USD 2.2 billion acquisition of a stake in Zain Group, ADQ's acquisition of Amoun Pharmaceutical, and the acquisition of Namshi by Noon AD Holdings. He also advised on Careem's USD 500 million private placement and Aramco's USD 29.4 billion IPO. His expertise in complex M&A, equity capital markets, and financing transactions across the region has established him as a respected voice in regional investment banking.

Education

Ben Mansour holds a Master in Finance from ESCP Europe in Paris and a Bachelor from Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Carthage in Tunisia.
