Tobias Meyer

Tobias Meyer has led DHL Group as CEO since 2023 and is responsible for the global management of the world's leading logistics company. Under his leadership, the Group successfully completed Strategy 2025 and sustainably increased DHL Group's profitability. In March 2026, his contract was extended until March 2031.

Meyer studied Industrial Engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt and the University of Illinois, and holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining DHL Group, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company for 13 years, primarily based in Frankfurt and from 2005 to 2008 in Singapore, where he advised leading companies in the logistics, shipping and aviation sectors.
