Susan Murray

Susan Murray retired from her position as Non-Executive Director of Grafton Group plc on 21 October 2025, having joined the board in October 2016. During her tenure, she was promoted to Senior Independent Director at the conclusion of the 2024 annual general meeting.

Murray brings extensive experience across major FTSE-listed companies, having served as non-executive director of Compass Group plc, a FTSE 100 company providing food and support services globally in over fifty countries, and 2 Sisters Food Group. She is a former Chairman of Farrow & Ball and former Non-Executive Director of Pernod Ricard S.A., Imperial Tobacco plc, Enterprise Inns plc, Aberdeen Asset Management plc, SSL International plc and Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc.
