Steven Morgan

Steven Morgan serves as CEO of Savills Middle East, overseeing the firm's regional operations across multiple markets. He began his career at DTZ in the UK with four years' experience before moving east to Bahrain in 2003 as an associate. Morgan progressed to head the Dubai office in 2008, then became head of UAE in 2009.

Morgan became the youngest Senior Partner in Cluttons' 250-year history at age 39 in 2016, after almost doubling Middle East business turnover from AED 45.6 million (£8.5m) in 2013 to over AED 80.5 million (£15m) during 2016/17. His notable projects included advising on the Arabian Canal in Dubai—the largest civil engineering project of its kind since the Suez Canal—and leading the Villa Lantana project, which achieved over AED 537 million in new home sales. When Savills acquired Cluttons Middle East in 2018, Morgan praised the merger as enabling Savills to become a market leader in the region from the outset.

Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science from Birmingham City University. He established the Middle East residential valuation business and has become known for building Cluttons as a full-service chartered surveying business where 60 percent of income comes from consultancy services.
