Robert A. Garechana is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sun Communities, Inc., the New York Stock Exchange listed real estate investment trust that owns and operates manufactured housing and recreational vehicle communities across the United States and Canada. He joined Equity Residential in 2004, served as its treasurer from 2008 to 2018, as chief financial officer from September 2018 to 2025, and as executive vice president and chief investment officer from 2025.
