Rasmus Lundsgaard Nielsen was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Xynteo in May 2025, taking the helm of the sustainability and energy transition advisory firm at a pivotal moment as it embarks on an ambitious journey to become the world's leading specialised advisory. He steps into the role with extensive leadership experience in strategy, mergers & acquisitions, business transformation, and organisational scale-up.

Nielsen holds a Master of Science in Economics from Aarhus School of Business, and his professional experience extends from a start-up within the medico sector, business development and product management within the consumer goods sector and close to eight years of management consulting. As a consultant, he has worked globally across several industries from Automotive, Telecommunications, Consumer Goods, Private Equity to Renewables.
