Priya Taneja

Priya Taneja was appointed CEO of DHR Global effective September 1, 2025, becoming the first non-family member and first woman of color to lead the firm in its 36-year history. She succeeded Geoff Hoffmann, who transitioned to Chairman of the Board. DHR Global is one of the largest privately held talent advisory firms, operating across 60+ markets in 22 countries and providing executive search, leadership consulting, and emerging leader search services.

Taneja joined DHR in 2013 and has been instrumental in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and a collaborative, high-performing culture. After stepping into operations leadership in 2021, she helped lead the firm through a period of remarkable growth, including five strategic acquisitions, expansion into 11 new markets, and the addition of 67 new partners. Under her leadership, DHR earned a spot on Hunt Scanlon's Top 10 Executive Search Firms, made four consecutive appearances on Inc.'s Best Places to Work from 2022 to 2025, and was featured on Newsweek's 2024 Excellence 1000 Index. She was also promoted to President & Chief Operating Officer in 2024.

Taneja holds a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University and completed the Finance for Executives Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Prior to DHR, she worked in human resources at Rush University Medical Center. Taneja has been awarded the 2025 Stevie Award for Women in Business in the Female Executive of the Year category, and she was named to CEO Connection's 2026 Most Influential Women of the Mid-Market and 2026 Austinite of the Year.
