Pranay Agrawal

Pranay Agrawal co-founded Fractal Analytics in 2000 in Mumbai alongside Srikanth Velamakanni and three other co-founders. He served as Co-Founder & EVP of Global Client Development before being appointed CEO in 2016, succeeding co-founder Srikanth Velamakanni. Under his leadership, Fractal has grown into one of the world's most respected analytics and AI companies, working with more than 50 Fortune 500 clients to embed data-driven decision-making into their operations.

Agrawal holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bangalore University, and is a Certified Financial Risk Manager from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. He received the Young Alumni Achievers Award in Entrepreneurship from IIM Ahmedabad in 2019. His expertise spans Marketing Analytics, CRM Analytics, Risk Analytics and Modeling, Marketing Mix Modeling, Pricing, and Predictive Analytics.

Prior to Fractal's founding, Agrawal worked at ICICI Bank Ltd as a Manager (October 1998 - February 2000), at ANZ Grindlays Bank as an Associate (1998), and at SB Billimoria & Co as an Article (January 1995 - December 1996). Fractal is well recognized for its client-centricity with a Net Promoter Score of over 75.
