Pippa Begg

Pippa Begg is the CEO of Board Intelligence, a board technology and advisory firm she co-founded in 2009. The firm is trusted by more than 75,000 leaders across the FTSE 100, Fortune 500, and OMX 30, and supercharges boards with the science of board effectiveness through AI-powered software tools and services. She has played a vocal role in shaping governance best practice internationally, and her work has been featured in the Financial Times and Management Today.

Pippa started her career in financial services, working for HM Treasury and leading global investment manager Russell Investments after graduating from Cambridge University with an MA in Natural Sciences. She also worked at a boutique hedge fund early in her career. More recently, Pippa was a member of the CBI London board and is a guest lecturer on Board Effectiveness at Henley Business School.

Pippa has won numerous awards including EY Entrepreneur of the Year (London & South East) and was listed in Management Today's 2025 Women in Leadership Power List. She is the co-author of 'Collective Intelligence: How to build a business that's smarter than you', which has been featured in the Financial Times. The book was shortlisted for British Business Book of the Year 2024.
