Phil Race

Phil Race was appointed CEO of Totalmobile in October 2023, taking the helm of the UK leader in Field Service Management software solutions. Race brings extensive experience in software organisations, private equity-backed businesses, and international software enterprises. He was recognised in the 2026 Business Leader Awards as Best Business Leader in Technology, and has led a period of clear strategic progress for the business with new investment secured and international growth underway.

Race holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Nottingham and an MBA from Henley Management College, which he received in 2000. He also holds an IOD Course in Role of the Director & the Board from The Institute of Directors.
