Paul Dixon

Paul Dixon was appointed Managing Director of Circle K Ireland, effective 1 August 2026, succeeding Ciara Foxton. In this role, Dixon will lead a business of more than 2,300 employees operating over 420 locations across the island of Ireland.

Dixon brings more than 20 years of retail and commercial leadership experience, including nine years with Circle K Ireland. Starting in retail during his college years at Marks & Spencer where he filled wine shelves, Dixon progressed to store manager and commercial manager positions before moving into a food trading role. This M&S food trading role provided preparation for his work at Circle K, where he worked with the UK business to bring innovations into the Irish market.

Dixon joined Circle K as retail operations manager in 2017. From 2019 until joining the BMS team in 2025, he served as retail director of operations, with responsibility for Circle K's 170 company-operated locations across Ireland, where he drove operational excellence, efficiency and business performance. In 2025, he was appointed business-to-business, mobility and sales (BMS) director, overseeing Circle K's commercial business in Ireland.
