Nick Dodd

Nick Dodd is Head of Debt Advisory in the UK and has significant experience advising clients on financing requirements, including options analysis, refinancing, finance raisings, debt restructuring and renegotiations for underperforming companies and debt for equity swaps. Nick has worked extensively across KPMG's Corporate and Private Equity client base. His notable client portfolio includes Haulfryn Group, Communisis plc, Steelite International, EH Booth Supermarkets, INEOS, Warburtons, York St John University, Lloyds Development Capital and ECI Partners.

KPMG's debt advisory team in the North, led by partner Nick Dodd, has completed 18 deals over the last year securing more than £1bn of debt facilities for local businesses across the region. Deal values have ranged from £6m to £200m across the corporate and sponsor markets, demonstrating his capacity to manage transactions of varying scales.
