Niamh Boyle

Niamh Boyle founded The Reputations Agency 22 years ago and served as CEO until stepping down in March 2026, continuing as Senior Advisor. The agency is a strategic reputation and communications firm that works with CEOs, leadership teams, and boards to harness reputation for client transformation and growth, serving many of Ireland's blue-chip organisations.

Boyle holds a BA from UCD, an HDip Ed from Trinity College Dublin, and an MBS from UCD Smurfit School of Business. She previously worked as Director of Marketing at UCD College of Business and had a career in financial services before launching her entrepreneurial ventures.

As founder and managing director of The Reputations Agency, she is the foremost expert on reputation measurement and strategy development in Ireland.
