Mohammed Saeed Al Shehshi

Mohammed Saeed Al Shehshi is an Emirati executive who serves as CEO of ARM Holding Company and Secretary-General of the UAE Media Council since March 2023. Since 2012, Al Shehshi has led A.R.M. Holding and Dubai Real Estate Center, and launched the real estate development company Huna. He holds a master's degree in digital wireless communications from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, and a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the American University of Sharjah.

Al Shehshi is known for pioneering green, community-centered development, partnering with starchitect Bjarke Ingels to design a megaproject featuring low-rise, human-scale neighborhoods. In 2020, he launched Huna, ARM's premium property brand, identifying greenery and community as critical gaps in Dubai's real estate market. The visionary project includes a 5 sq km parkland at the Jebel Ali Racecourse development that will be larger than London's Hyde Park.

In 2025, ARM Holding partnered with BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group to reimagine the historic Jebel Ali Racecourse into a sustainable urban district. The masterplan is guided by 17 measurable KPIs focusing on holistic wellbeing, sustainability, cultural identity, and innovation. Al Shehshi also serves as Director General of the Emirates Racing Authority and on the Asian Horse Racing Federation's Executive Board.
