Mihir Bhatt

Mihir Bhatt is Head of Restructuring for the Middle East at Kroll, where he oversees the firm's restructuring capabilities and growth strategy in the region based in the United Arab Emirates. Prior to joining Kroll, Bhatt was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He joined the firm as a graduate in Australia, moved to London, and then to the Middle East where he was responsible for origination, technical delivery and building new relationships within their Restructuring and Deals team. He supported the growth of the team from its infancy to over 35 professionals. He has been based in the region since 2009, working with both public and private clients in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.

Bhatt holds a postgraduate qualification as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a B.A. in Commerce Accounting from Macquarie University in Australia. He has worked across several sectors including real estate, construction, manufacturing and services, and has extensive experience working with government and government-related entities, including sovereign wealth funds, private equity and financial institutions in the region.
