Michael Williams is president and chief executive officer of Metallus, the Canton, Ohio manufacturer whose shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
He retires as chief executive officer and as a director of the company with effect from 31 December 2026, and will then serve as special adviser to the chief executive and to the board until 30 June 2027. Kristopher Westbrooks succeeds him as president and chief executive officer on 1 January 2027.
